Pitino Not Worried about March Madness Frenzy

Tip-off is set for 9:40 tonight in first-round action for the Louisville men’s basketball team. The third-seeded Cards take on Boise State. Coach Rick Pitino says he’s not worried about his players getting distracted in the frenzy of March Madness."They just don’t get involved in the media aspect of it. Now they’ll watch ESPN and look for the highlights and do things like that. But, they get distracted so easily, they don’t pay attention to too much. One or two of the guys, like a David Padgett may, but these guys just don’t pay attention to any of that and they don’t get distracted, which is a good thing," said Pitino.Indiana also plays tonight at 9:40 – against Arkansas. Western Kentucky takes on Drake at 12:30 this afternoon.Kentucky was eliminated yesterday by Marquette.
