Police Still Searching for AMBER Alert Child

Police are still trying to locate a Frankfort man accused of kidnapping his two-year-old daughter on Friday.

An AMBER Alert was issued over the weekend in the search for Breanna Woodside, who was wearing purple sweatpants and a purple and pink striped shirt.

Her father, 30-year-old Miles Woodside, didn’t return Breanna to her mother after an unsupervised visit.

Frankfort Police Major Fred Deaton says tips in the case have ranged as far as Alabama, but they still haven’t located the father or the child.

“He’s still at large," says Deaton, "we have not called off anything.  As a matter of fact, we’re still distributing the posters locally.  As a matter of fact, one of the instances where he or the vehicle were seen were near Jefferson County.”

Deaton says Woodside may be driving a silver 1997 Lincoln Towncar with Kentucky license plate 0-6-4 B-A-A.

The AMBER Alert also says Miles Woodside should be considered dangerous.
