The Kentucky Public Service Commission says the ice storm that moved across Kentucky Tuesday and Wednesday has left 473,000 utility customers without electricity.That includes about 100,000 Louisville Gas and Electric Customers and more than 176,000 Kentucky Utilities customers.In southern Indiana, Duke Energy says more than 60,000 customers are without service and that number could climb higher.
