Both men running for Kentucky's second district Congressional seat expressed skepticism about the proposed $700 billion taxpayer-funded financial rescue.Democrat David Boswell of Owensboro and Republican Brett Guthrie of Bowling Green met last night at a debate broadcast live on KET. They're running to fill the seat being left vacant by retiring Hardin county Republican Ron Lewis.
