Authorities have identified all three people who died when a small plane crashed Friday morning in Clark County, Indiana.
It was previously disclosed that the crash claimed the life of Wayne Estopinal, a Louisville architect and founder of the Louisville City FC pro soccer team. The Clark County Coroner has identified the two other victims as 32 year old pilot Andrew Davis of Sellersburg, Indiana and 54 year old Sandra Holland Johnson of Shreveport, Louisiana.
The Courier-Journal reports that all three were employed by TEG Architects, where the 63 year old Estopinal was president. The plane, en route to Chicago, crashed shortly after takeoff from the Clark County Airport.
Federal officials are investigating the cause of the crash.

Officials with Louisville City FC are expressing their condolences over the loss of the soccer team’s co-founder Wayne Estopinal.
Estopinal’s architectural firm had previously confirmed to a Chicago TV station that he was among the people on board a small jet that crashed Friday morning in Clark County, Indiana.
LouCity President Brad Estes issued a written statement Friday afternoon:“We at LouCity are deeply saddened to hear of the passing of club founder Wayne Estopinal. We would not be the club we are today without his innovation, leadership, and hard work, and his contributions to the community are something for which we are incredibly grateful. Our hearts are with Wayne’s family and loved ones at this time.”
In a written statement, Principal Owner John Neace said "Greater Louisville lost a great corporate citizen today."
"Wayne was very active in the soccer community and will be missed by us all," Neace wrote. "We mourn this inexpressible loss and today acknowledge his contribution to Louisville City FC and the entire Louisville soccer community.”
Federal officials say a total of three people may have been on board the aircraft that crashed in a wooded area near Memphis, Indiana.
The names of the other victims have not been released.
Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel said investigators believe no one on board the plane survived the crash.
Federal Aviation Administration spokeswoman Elizabeth Isham Cory said in an email that "preliminary information indicates three people were aboard" the plane.
Cory said the plane had taken off from Clark Regional Airport and was on its way to Chicago's Midway Airport.

Authorities say multiple people are dead after a small plane crashed into a wooded area in southern Indiana.
Clark County Sheriff Jamey Noel says investigators believe no one on the plane survived the crash late Friday morning. He says it's unclear how many people were on board, but that the plane could carry as many as 10 people.
Noel says it wasn't immediately clear who owned the plane.
The crash happened around 11:30 a.m. in a rural area near Memphis, Indiana, which is about 15 miles north of Louisville, Kentucky. Noel says it appears the plane crashed shortly after taking off from the nearby Clark County Airport.
Helicopter video from WLKY-TV shows small pieces of smoldering debris scattered in the wooded area.
