Former Pleasure Ridge Park High School football coach Jason Stinson has again been charged with wanton endangerment in the death of a player last year.A Jefferson County grand jury returned the indictment Tuesday.Stinson already faces a charge of reckless homicide in the August, 2008 death of 15 year old Max Gilpin, who collapsed from heat stroke during practice and died several days later. His trial is scheduled for August 31.Stinson was first indicted on the wanton endangerment charge last week, but it was dismissed after his lawyers told a judge that the grand jury was not notified that Stinson wanted to testify.Another judge ruled Tuesday that prosecutors could seek to re-indict Stinson. One of Stinson's attorneys tells the Courier-Journal that the grand jury declined to hear from Stinson before returning the new indictment Tuesday.
