Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer

Tuesday, May 6, 2008
Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer

He's known as a pragmatist on the Court and his views and written opinions are often at odds with this fellow justice, Antonin Scalia. But if there is one thing about which he has passion, it is the US Constitution. Join us on Tuesday when we talk with Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer about his book Active Liberty: Interpreting our Democratic Constitution, and what it's like to serve on the US Supreme Court. And call-in with your questions for Justice Breyer. Justice Breyer appears courtesy of the University of Louisville Kentucky Author Forum.
