Sweet Spot: 125 Years of Baseball & Louisville Slugger

Baseball greats Pete Browning, Arlie Latham and Gus Weyhing are all storied to have been the first to swing it. Honus Wagner was the first to get his signature branded on it, creating the first professional sports endorsement of a consumer product. Ted Williams was so invested in it he picked out his own wood from the factory! It is the Louisville Slugger and it’s celebrating 125 years of creating customized bats for some of baseball’s greatest players.
