The Search for Blelvis, DC's "Elvisologist": State of the News

Elvis Presley would have been 77 years old today. One of his most obsessive, and mysterious, admirers is Washington DC's Blelvis: a self-described 'Elvisologist.' Radio producer Sam Greenspan set out to find out more about the man behind the persona, but found out more about DC's fascination with Blelvis than the man himself. Sam joined us on Friday's State of the News to play an excerpt of the piece he produced and talk about his search for Blelvis—and what's happened in the years since.
