Winter Storm Update 3:15pm

A Winter Storm Warning will be in effect from 7pm tonight until 7pm Monday evening.Light snow is falling across the region now. More significant accumulations will begin by mid evening tonight and continue at least through the morning hours Monday. Light snow showers will continue through the rest of the day Monday.By Monday night, six to nine inches of snow is forecast to fall across southern Indiana. Five to eight inches are likely across north central Kentucky and the Bluegrass region.Louisville is forecast to receive about 4 inches of snow by early Monday morning, and another 3-4 inches of snow during the day. Storm totals in Louisville are expected to range from 6-8 inches.In addition, winds of 15 to 25mph on Monday will cause areas of blowing and drifting snow.Winter Storm WarningLouisville NWS Forecast
